Should Leclerc face FIA punishment after surprise F-bomb?

Charles Leclerc is yet to be punished by the FIA for swearing during an official press conference after finishing third in the Mexico City Grand Prix. 

When discussing his afternoon at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, the Ferrari driver let slip a surprise F-bomb, resulting in gasps from the media in-attendance.

During the FIA press conference, Leclerc said: “I had one oversteer, and then when I recovered from that oversteer, I had an oversteer from the other side, and then I was like, ‘F***!’.

“But luckily…”

Leclerc quickly realised his error, before delivering a rapid apology whilst laughing. 

“Sorry!” Leclerc added. “Oh no! Oh nooo! I don’t want to join Max [laughs].”

Joining Max Verstappen is a reference to the community service punishment the reigning F1 champion received in Singapore, for also swearing during an official press conference. 

Should the Monégasque driver be “obliged to accomplish some work of public interest” by the FIA like his Red Bull rival?
