Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko has indicated Carlos Sainz has an escape clause in his new Williams contract that would allow him to leave based on a ‘big-team’ offer.

Sainz’s future was thrown into turmoil at the start of February when Ferrari stunned all in F1 by announcing Lewis Hamilton would be joining the Scuderia next season, leaving the Spanish driver on the sidelines.

Red Bull announce Lawson F1 future update with loan move denied

Red Bull has confirmed it will finally lay to rest speculation surrounding the future of Liam Lawson in September.

Lawson burst onto the scene almost a year ago when deputising for Daniel Ricciardo at AlphaTauri after the Australian suffered multiple breaks of a bone in his left hand following a crash in practice for the Dutch Grand Prix.
