As Lando Norris crossed the finish line in the Dutch GP, the 24-year-old Briton teased Max Verstappen. Namely, the McLaren driver shouted over the team radio “simply lovely”, something the reigning world champion often says himself after a victory. Daniel Ricciardo laughingly said in Monza that Verstappen is unlikely to be swayed by that.
