Verstappen would be shocked if he's penalised: 'It makes no sense!'

Max Verstappen believes that it would be ridiculous if he is penalised for his incident with George Russell in qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix. After the session, the Dutchman said that he’d be surprised if he was given a penalty, as Russell could’ve avoided such a close call, in his eyes.
