Andrea Stella is one of the driving forces behind McLaren’s current Formula 1 World Championship pursuit. The 53-year-old Italian has been team boss of the Woking-based team since January 2023, and the team have made huge strides. Fernando Alonso, currently at Aston Martin, holds some responsibility.
