F1 has confirmed British comedian and actor Jack Whitehall will host F1 75, the inaugural season launch event being held at the O2 Arena in London tomorrow.

He will be joined on stage by the F1TV’s Laura Winter, Lawrence Barretto and Ariana Bravo.

“As soon as I heard about F1 75 Live at The O2 I knew I wanted to be involved,” Whitehall said. “It promises to be a truly unique show, bringing together the cars and stars of Formula 1 with incredible global musicians and entertainment to celebrate 75 years of this incredible sport.

“I can’t wait to get on stage and bring the show to everyone at The O2 and those watching at home around the world!”

The championship has also announced its line-up of musical guests, which will prove fans entertainment along with each F1 team’s seven-minute slot to present its 2025 livery.

There are at least four musical acts: United States country singer Kane Brown, mgk (formally known as Machine Gun Kelly), composer Brian Tyler’s We Are Dreaming and British boy and Take That.

A number of teams have already launched – or shaken down – their 2025 cars, but are mandated to officially unveil their new liveries at the all-new event.

To get around this, McLaren ran a camo livery at Silverstone and Williams adorned the FW47 in a one-off livery the following day to allow exposure for new title sponsor Atlassian.

Haas held no specific car launch, instead opting to shakedown the VF-25 in private. However, images of its supposed new look were leaked online.

The event will be streamed live on F1’s official social media channels, as well as televised by F1’s broadcasters.
