Ferrari produced a dominant performance in the opening race of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) in Qatar, not only by winning the race, but also by taking an historic 1-2-3, filling the entire podium. Former Formula 1 driver Kevin Magnussen finished fourth with BMW alongside his teammates Dries Vanthor and Raffaele Marciello.


DS Penske driver Maximilian Gunther could win the first Jeddah ePrix of the weekend. It was the German’s first victory since the Tokyo ePrix the previous season. Oliver Rowland finished in second place, while Taylor Barnard completed the podium in Saudi Arabia. Nyck de Vries just missed out on the podium finishing in P4 for Mahindra Racing.
