After Max Verstappen sealed his fourth World Championship title at the Las Vegas Grand Prix last season, he joined an elite club of drivers that have won that many titles, with one of them being the great Alain Prost. However, the Frenchman is sure that Verstappen will eventually surpass him and capture at least five titles, as well as comparing him to one of the sport’s greatest racers.

Arvid Lindblad, considered the biggest talent in the Red Bull Junior Team by Helmut Marko and others, speaks highly of Max Verstappen. The 17-year-old Briton, who won the Formula Regional Oceania championship title and thus accumulated enough points for his super licence, talks about why he is so impressed by the four-time world champion.

Max Verstappen fighting against Brad Pitt for position in Formula 1. Of course, it’s not real, but that doesn’t make the footage any less spectacular! Warner Bros. released a second teaser of the upcoming F1 film on Sunday night, and among others, the defending world champion also takes on Sonny Hayes – a driver played by the American actor. And yes, by the looks of it, it is a fierce one!

There is currently a lot of talk within Formula 1 about the language used by drivers. Some people, including FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem, think there is no place for the use of swearing. But Red Bull Racing mechanic Calum Nicholas does not think it is all that bad, stressing that it is not the responsibility of the drivers to be role models to younger viewers, bu the parents themselves to teach their children what language is appropriate or inappropriate in certain situations.

Maybe it’s the name. Similarly to Max Verstappen, Max Esterson (22) is not only a racing driver, but also a more than gifted sim racer. In fact, the American, who will  race in Formula 2 next season, is so good in the sim that six-time IndyCar champion Scott Dixon learned from a then very young Esterson to get the hang of sim racing. Now Esterson is trying to reach Formula 1 in the real world.
