Formula 2 and McLaren junior driver Gabriel Bortoleto believes Sergio Perez will not be racing for Red Bull next season, based on his current results. 

It was speculated that Perez could be dropped during the summer break, although Red Bull ended the rumours by confirming that the Mexican driver would continue for at least the remainder of the season.

Piastri reveals shock broken bone

Oscar Piastri revealed on Sunday morning that he broke a rib during the first half of the F1 season. 

The McLaren driver posted a series of photos on X, with the final one being of an X-ray image which shows a clear broken rib.

Ferrari doing ‘absolutely everything’ to end unexpected situation – Leclerc

Charles Leclerc has revealed that Ferrari is doing “absolutely everything” to solve the current problems with the SF-24, which has made the Italian outfit less competitive. 

Ferrari made a strong start to the season and were the initial threat to Red Bull, with Carlos Sainz and Leclerc having claimed victories in Australia and Monaco, respectively.

Norris expects to ‘crash more’ with Verstappen

Lando Norris has stated that he expects to “crash more” with Verstappen as they challenge each other at the front of the F1 field.

Norris and Verstappen are known to share a strong friendship away from the track, and have done so for several years.

Verstappen radio rant a ‘high bar’ Red Bull must reach

Red Bull chief engineer Paul Monaghan believes Max Verstappen’s recent radio rant is because the driver has a “high bar” he wants the team to reach.

Verstappen faced criticism for his radio manner throughout the Hungarian Grand Prix, where he was highly critical of Red Bull’s strategy, the stewards and his rivals.

Where Norris lost crucial points in Verstappen title fight

Lando Norris has emerged as Max Verstappen’s biggest rival in the drivers’ championship this season and currently sits 78 points behind the Red Bull driver. 

However, Norris’ deficit could have been considerably less, had it not been for some errors. Even Norris outlined that there have been moments this year where he wishes he could “rewind” the clock.
