Red Bull announce significant F1 deal with exclusive partner

Red Bull has confirmed it has expanded its arrangement with Philips Professional Displays (PPDS) ahead of the 2025 F1 season.

The change will see PPDS, a subsidiary of Philips, transition from exclusive digital display supplier to team partner.

It is a development that will further solidify the relationship between the two parties, as Red Bull continues to have PPDS products integrated into the team, including at its technology campus in Milton Keynes.

PPDS will still exclusively supply Red Bull, as it has done since first joining the six-time F1 constructors’ champions in 2022.

“In the fast-paced world of Formula One, if you stop innovating or striving to be better, you’re settling for second best,” said Red Bull team principal Christian Horner.

“This is something we believe in everything we do, both on and off the racetrack. It’s therefore imperative we choose the right partners to join us on our journey, whether building new engines or providing best-in-class digital displays.

“With PPDS, we have a partner who shares our philosophy and ambitions, and we are delighted to be extending into a new era with them.”

Red Bull and PPDS will continue to innovate.

Having already installed a record-breaking 46.25 metre-wide Philips dvLED wall in Milton Keynes, Red Bull will continue to innovate with PPDS, including expanding its use of tailored solutions.

Martijn van der Woude, PPDS’ vice president of global marketing and business development said: “In AV the best success stories are driven by true partnerships. Industry leaders and pioneers coming together to deliver winning solutions.

“That essence is fully captured working with Oracle Red Bull Racing, a team like ourselves, that prefers to lead rather than follow and is not afraid to take risks to achieve its goals and ambitions.

“We are incredibly proud of what we have been able to achieve together and look forward to continuing this success.”
