Williams junior driver and F3 title-challenger Browning stays in F2

Williams Racing Driver Academy member and F3 title-challenger Luke Browning will join the Hitech-Pulse Eight team in Formula 2 for next season, becoming the team’s first confirmed driver for next season after driving the final three races of the F2 season.
