Max Verstappen has been summoned to see the Singapore Grand Prix stewards for swearing during the FIA press conference on Thursday.

Before the session, FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem said he was keen to see a reduction in the use of swear words broadcast in F1.

FIA confirm decision on McLaren rear wing

McLaren has been told by the FIA that it must modify its flexing rear wing that caused a stir after the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

RacingNews365 can confirm that the rear wing has not been deemed illegal by the sport’s governing body – however the team must implement adjustments to control how much the element moves.

Verstappen handed unusual punishment by Singapore stewards in bad language rap

Max Verstappen has been ordered to “accomplish some work of public interest” by the Singapore Grand Prix stewards after swearing during an official FIA press conference.

Verstappen used the f-word in referring to his Red Bull in qualifying in last weekend’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix after changes were made to the car following final practice.

Verstappen seeking Red Bull ‘trade’ after Singapore disaster

Max Verstappen is seeking a “trade-off” in balance from his Red Bull after a troubled Friday at the Singapore Grand Prix. 

The reigning world champion was an encouraging fourth in FP1, but floundered badly in FP2 and was only 15th in the times, over a second behind the pace of session leader Lando Norris on the soft tyres.

McLaren issue statement after FIA rear-wing ruling

McLaren has issued a statement after the FIA made a ruling on its rear wing ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix.

The rear wing of the MCL38 was noted to open slightly at high speed during the weekend in Baku, offering the driver a boost in a straight line.

Verstappen makes ‘small miracle’ claim for Singapore GP

Max Verstappen has detailed what a successful weekend would look like for him at the Singapore Grand Prix.

Despite leading the drivers’ championship by 59 points, the three-time F1 champion has low-balled expectations by only targeting the final section of qualifying, saying success for the event overall would be extending his lead in the title fight.
