2025 F1 pre-season testing is nearly here!

Taking place from Wednesday to Friday of this week in Bahrain, RacingNews365 will be on-hand to bring you the latest news, reaction and analysis from the crucial running ahead of the season-opener in Australia on March 16.

With just three eight-hour sessions making up the entire test, teams have just 24 hours to discover all the hidden secrets of their new machines.

But for the drivers, as there are two of them and only one car, they get 12 hours – or a day-and-a-half each – to run the rule over their new machinery.

If this time is affected by mechanical gremlins or red flags for incidents for other drivers, it is tough luck for the driver concerned.

Check out the full table below for who is driving when, as has been confirmed so far by the teams.

When is Max Verstappen driving in 2025 F1 pre-season testing?

Four-time F1 champion Max Verstappen gets testing underway for Red Bull by taking the RB21 out on Wednesday morning before handing over to Liam Lawson for the afternoon shift.

On Thursday, Verstappen gets the full day aboard the car with Lawson on the sidelines, before Verstappen is benched for Friday in favour of the Kiwi.
